Fresenius Kabi LOVO Cell Processing System - Service Password Request (S/N: WC03494)

Equipment: • Model: LOVO Cell Processing System (6R4900) • Serial Number: WC03494 • Mfg Date: 2020-01-07 Issue: Acquired this unit through auction. System boots up fine but displays error: "A serial number has not been assigned to the instrument. Contact a service technician." I can navigate to the Service menu but it requires a password to access. The unit physically has a serial number (WC03494) on the back label - it just needs to be entered/configured in the software. What I've tried: • Common defaults (1234, 0000, admin, service) • Checked for any password documentation (none came with the unit) Request: Does anyone have: 1. The service/admin password for this model? 2. Service manual access or documentation? 3. Alternative reset procedure? Happy to provide proof of ownership if needed.
