Supply Furnace Impedance error, 420 and 405

Hi, the DSC Q2000 that we have started giving the following errors: 1. Power supply furnace impedance error: value=127.00, min=20.00, max=60.00 (420) 2. Power supply impedance error (405) The heater won't start, and every time I try to bring it to temperature, I get the same error. Previously, around 4 weeks ago, I got the same error with value=97, but when I rebooted the system, the heater started working. This time it's not happening at all. Any suggestions on how to resolve it? Or any parts that I can replace?
