How to get into settings

We have a new PHCBI model MDF-U731-PA freezer. I am only able to get to two menu items: Key lock via the right arrow button long press, and temperature offset via up arrow long press. How can I get to all of the F## settings like every other Sanyo/Panasonic/PHCBI freezer with this keypad? I read in a Sanyo manual that you can long press both arrow buttons to get to the F## menus, but that is not happening for me. Any help is appreciated. Specifically, I just want to check the alarm settings.

PHCBI says this model has limited menu options. Key lock and offset are the only changeable/viewable settings. My question has been answered.
