IR sensors
Checked the infrared sensors, the vile sensor at the elevator is not working. No samples are being pushed up. It is the same with booth white and blue racks.

Does the rack at least get into position over the elevator or does it just glide up to the back wall and move across the unit? If so then the problem is the RACK PRESENT sensor which might be able to be adjusted to bring it online again.
