keeps shutting off-- any service manuals or hints out there?

Our Gatan model 832 Orius CCD Camera Controller keeps shutting off (all the LED's go out). Does anyone know if there are any service manuals out there? I am very suspicious of a supply issue but it's a tightly packed board.
