Avainti J-E L1 Reclose door error press CE

I have cleaned the latch lid sensors given it some new reflective tape on the latch pins. Recording the lid sensor area with a camera I don't see the purple glow of an infrared LED. Checking the voltages on the main board the -12 VDC is low at -5.754 VDC. The other voltages are in the correct range. F3 is at 91.26 ohms
