Need to sterilize the Barnstead Thermolyne S45625 stirrer

This stirrer was used inside an incubator for about 12 months. Then we found mold in our incubator and suspended use. We recently sanitized the incubator and want to sterilize the stirrer to do more cell cultures. Can this stirrer be gas-sterilized?
