Softwaare detection of the FLR

We have the FLR detector (waters UPLC) connected and the green LED lights are on. However, we cannot see it in the instrument module. When scanning for instruments the fLR comes up on the list. How do we get it to show up in the instrument module in the Aquity UPLC console software on the computer. Thank you
