Inactive Icon in G20

I have received three G20 titrator and I have a problem in creating new methods. When I go to "methods" then "New" to create or write new method, the icon is not active (it appears in black not white). When I want to modify the existing method, I can't change the equation as the icon is not active.   These three systems are just two weeks old. Please, I need a quick help as I am in about to replace an order for many other product from Mettler Toledo.
