Autosampler not working
Our autosampler report the following error message:
The autosampler has reported an error: Z-axis not at home.
Looks, like the autosampler arm is not rotating when the GC powers on. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Reply byHey we have a 6890N gas chromatography sampler. It's been finicky the last couple months but we've usually been able to sort out the problems. Right now the injector which is the 7683 series has the align mode light on instead of the ready. We have tried power cycling and it hasn't helped. The error thta comes up in the log of the computer program says z axis home failed. Also the image of the columns that normally comes up on the upper left portion of the screen isn't appearing and when that happens, it hasn't worked. Welcome to hear any recommendations! Thanks!

what about 1367 transport assembly? we get Z axis error.
