recirculating water chiller

We have a recirculating water chiller for more than one year, and the cooling speed seems to be more and more slow. It is more obvious when air temperature is higher. What do I need to do to fix the problem?

Just call in a local heat and air conditioning service person. They should be able to help you.

Sounds like a freon leak or somthing with the compressor, if you can check the Presures in the lines to see if thier are where they should be and montior for drop in pressure maybe over next month or so, if not maybe the compressor is going bad, if the pressures are normal before I would scrap/change the compressor I would have the system vaccummed and recharged depeding on the unit and if its cost effective to do so.

Before calling in the HVAC repair person, check for blockage of water flow. Is there a filter in the water system? If so, it may need cleaning or replacement. Also check for kinks and foreign objects in the water path.
