my Gilson minipuls 2 rotor stopped running

My Gilson minipuls 2 stopped running. The indicator light is on when plugged to power supply, the rotor doesn't move at any speed and in either direction, but it does move with High speed override control.

Could you suggest any solution that we can fix it in lab? If not, could you send me a quote for repairing? could you also send me a quote for a new one?
