Fracturing manager

We have a TT-100 brookfield. It has 3 gear selections and high/low range. We run 2 diiferent chemical systems through it. One we run a vis of 90-100 and the brookfield tracks along just great. When we run the other system we are running a vis of 120-135. we cant seem to track this as it seems to be inbetween gear selection of 2gear high range and 3rd gear low range. Is there a way of calibrating this? also is there a chart to state the gear ranges in high and low range?

Also what is the min/max rate that fluid should be going through the brookfield. To slow the fluid gets stagnent, to fast and we could possibly burn the unit out.

Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
