The display of my Sartorius BP 210s very faint.

I may need to replace the part to correct the balance's display being so faint. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement part so that my senior technician can replace it? Thank you in advance for any assistance you may be able to offer. Happy Thanksgiving!

You can't do this by yourself. The display is a special part not for sale. But perhaps I can help.

I should be able to help you with this. Just send me an email with a photo of your balance and the serial number.

I had the same problem with our BP 210 S.

Do you have any suggestions to repair the faint display?

The display would likely need to be replaced. This repair should be performed by a qualified service technician. Please feel free to send me an email and I should be able to assist you.
