Detection limit of perfluoro compounds byTSQ Quantum Access MAx
Please i just want to know the detection limit of perfluoro compounds by TSQ Serice mass spectrometer.
I want to measure the environmental perfluoro compounds in fish,water, sediments.
So i want to know, is it possible to measur 10ng/L concentrate sample by TSQ serics mass spectrometer?

Saiful, Thermo was behind the curve on this assay and never fully investigated in my opinion. It also would depend on the exact analytes PFOS, PFOA, etc... Dipankar Ghosh was the Thermo expert when I was there for the limits of this assay on the Quantums.
