cobas b 121 problem

I have one cobas b 121 machine that showing all the electrodes cross mark. I have already replaced all the tubing ,needle port. Solutions ,peristaltic pump, ref electrode. . And calibrated so many times. . .but the problem still percist. . .please help me. . .

If after aspiration of Mix1, the signals from the electrodes is 0V or beyond limits , with new electrodes and good contacts of the electrodes in the chambers, then you have a problem in the preamp. Also check slope limits of the electrodes, contact path and sample sensors
