Thanks for the  reply, Kylie.  I wasn't smart enough to figure out how to put content  in the original post.  :-(

 

The washer (Lancer 820 UP) seems to work fine for most of the cycles.  I could have missed some cycle print outs but the ones I saw  in order were:

Prewash, Wash, Regeneration, Running Water 1, Acid Rinse, Running Water 2, Cold Demi.     When the Cold Demi appears the unit starts to Beep and won't stop until turned off.  The display at this point says "filling fault".

We could desperately use a  users manual.  Anything you can suggest to help would be appreciated.

HI,

you probably have a faulty pressurestat, that tell the level is reach out !

You need to replace it or maybe the bottom of the drain is dirty and block the small hole for the pressurestattubing.
