Condensation in the incubator

I am having problems with condensation building up on the glass in my incubator.  What could be the problem and how do I fix it?  Thank you, Penny Burke

Could be outer door seal leak or door heat not working or could be that humidity calibration is off.  Should be able to check door leak yourself.  Other issues may require a service call.  Maybe able to measure humidity in chamber and see if it matches your incubator readings.
