303 is caused by too much stray light and 404 is a cascade error caused by a different error, I have to look in the instrument memory bank to determined what it is.

These errors are not anything that can be fixed by end user. You have to send the unit in for repair and or have a technician come to your place to look at it.

How to deal with the "fatal error 303'?

We have the same problem, "fatal error 303 " was displayed on the screen, when I turn on the devide. How did you fix the device?
