OK, for more details ...

Before operating the unit can not be set refractive index in the range of the scale (readings are unstable). Also the equipment is sensitive to external fluctuations (knocks, vibration).

We replaced the rotary encoder HEDS-5500A12, but the problem remained. I think that does not work a noise filter (IC HCTL-2017-A00), but need a circuit to continue.

Has anyone had similar problems?
