Teledyne PEM-9002 Printer Fault

Hi All,

We have Teledne Flue gas analyser PEM-9002. The builtin printer of the analyser is not working. When the print command is given,the analyser hangs and receives no further commands.

Also i want the standard samples for flue gas analyse. From where i can get it.

please yours kind support is required.
