Status Icons
I maintain several of our XS Balances. All have a Service Icon in the top right corner of the Display. I've performed an internal & external calibration. How can I get rid of the Icon ?

Resetting/blanking the service icon requires a technician with our LARS Service Software. To schedule a visit, you can call us at 1-800-METTLER, or send an email to the servicerequests@mt.com inbox.
