A lot of noise

Hello everybody,

I've a ATH 300 Ci in my lab.

Recently, the turbomolecular pump do noise when I start a experiment.

Vacum decrease to 1e-4 and before it was 2e-5.

Somebody have a solution ? Maybe, it's necessary to oil bearing ? no maintenance for 2 years :(
