How many samle should be put in the sample tube? 0.1g or less?

only the powder sample can be tested? How about nanofilms on glass substrate?

Hi Yan,

Typically, you need at least 0.5 - 1.0 m^2 of total surface area in the tube. Using a filler rod or using krypton for measuring the surface area can help for low surface area materials. Krypton allows surface areas to be determined almost an order of magnitude than with nitrogen. For further questions, please submit questions to techsupport.micromeritics.com. Thank you.
