Hello,

Sometimes direct contact with the end user will be faster than going back and forth on the forums. For heat capacity, it is crucial that you have a known excellent working balance. The heat capacity is directly affected by the weight. If it is out of specs, you will have to go through the Wizard and perform full calibration. If you need assistance with it, please call me. I will walk you through procedure.
