Not turning on, have incoming power and fuses are good please help.

Hello,

One of the labs I work for came to me and asked me to help them diagnose their MyCycler Thermal Cycler because it was not turning on.  I checked the incoming power and that checked out fine.  I checked all the fuses, and they checked out good as well.  I have Power coming out of the transformer and into the two boards on the sides.  I am wondering if someone could help me diagnose this further.  Any help woud be greatly appreciated.  I checked the voltage coming out of the two boards at approx.  40 V DC.  Thanks

I have two MyCyclers with the same issue. Both have burned components on the Secondary Power circuit board (8008692). There is a pile of MyCyclers on ebay with the same issue...
