Applied Biosystems Veriti

Hi Can anyone help, we have a Applied Biosystems Veriti and while moving from lab to lab some of the packaging and some loose screws that where in the box by mistake have worked there way into the Veriti Thermal cycler. We just want to remove the cover to get the loose screws out but removing the screws that hold the cover on don’t seam to work.

Does anyone out there know how to remove the cover off a veriti?????

Does anyone have a service manual, I can trade with other service manuals anyone wants what we have?
