LECO Truspec CN - Failed C02 Cell

I've consistenly run up again this problem. I preform a systems check on our LECO Truspec CN and everything passes except the very last thing. Under "IR & TC Cell Values" It says "Failed: C02 Cell"

I replaced the C02 emitter with a new one. This didn't make a difference. Any ideas out there?

Hi Mark,

That message regarding the CO2 cell during the systems check can be caused by a few different parameters related to the CO2 cell. The most important thing to look at is the actual cell voltage as displayed in the ambient chart. Please call LECO tech support at 269-982-5497, and we’d be happy to help resolve this issue. Thanks!
