Stuck specimen stage holder/temperature issue

Does anyone have a manual or better yet a service manual for an HM 560. The specimen stage holder is jammed and I'm not sure how to disassemble it. Also the knife temperature is not getting as cold as the rest of the chamber. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
