power transistor out of tolerance

I am having the same issue with my Optima 2100 DV.  Were you ever able to solve it?

i did check the grounding of my AC-source and it found not standard. Because my company has UPS for this machine and the AC- output of UPS is not standard for the Optima machine so i cut the ground then it solve the problem. The error disappearded and not repeat again till' now.
