7890B GC compatability with Empower
These are the firmware which will come with the Agilent GC and headspace.
7890B GC : B.02.03
G4513A Autosampler: 10.08
G4514A Autosampler tray: 10.16
7697A headspace: A.01.06
G1888 headspace: A.1.10
Are you able to advice which firmware is appropriate so that the instrument can work with Empower 3?

You should use Agilent Chemstation Software or Agilent Chemstation Openlab SW.
