Convert Osmomat 030 readings into MPa

Hi, I had been using Osmomat 030 and produce some data. How can I convert the readings which obtained directly from the screen for example 0.300 into MPa? I understand the unit used by the osmomat 030 is osmol/kg. Any good reference on this? Thanks.
