Knauer Switching valve
HI,
We have a 12-position switching valve connected to our hplc system. but we can't configure the device so that we could use different valve in order to collect different fractions.
how should we setup the device via intrument configurations to use all the 12 positions of the switching valve to collect our fractions separately?

Reply bychromegate 3.3.2. but thanks, I managed to configure the software. all of the valves are working properly now.
but we have another problem, again with the valves
the injection drive has a 6P/3C switching valve. by switching the device from injection to load state, the eluent suddenly comes out from the injection waste valve and also the injection valve, simultaneously. I don't know why?
